At the Law Offices of Randy R. McCalla, P.A. in Johnson County, Kansas., we focus our practice on a few areas of the law, allowing us to provide our clients with well-grounded representation based on a depth of experience, and personal service only found at a solo practice.

• Juvenile Law: There are subtle but important distinctions between the juvenile justice system and the adult criminal system. Although there are many skilled criminal attorneys in the area, I am one of a few Johnson County juvenile law attorneys who practices extensively in this area.
• Child in Need of Care: If a child is considered out of his or her  parents' control, or a child has been abused or neglected, the court may remove the child from the home. I represent parents, relatives, foster parents and other interested parties in cases involving a child in need of care.
• Criminal Law, DUI / DWI , Drug Possession:  I am also prepared to handle a full range of criminal defense cases, including those involving charges of misdemeanors or felonies. The consequences of criminal charges, whether prosecuted in the juvenile court system or the adult criminal system can be unnecessarily harsh if you are not adequately represented.
